Tryouts are already on the calendar
Queens and Nassau school tryouts do not wait for a player who spent the winter only playing games.
High school baseball camps in Bellerose, NY are skill sessions for players who already have a school season. There is no posted camp week, and this is not a recruiting event.

High school players in Queens and Nassau County lose the long practice block once the season ends, or they need work in the weeks before tryouts.
Book a private lesson or ask if a lab fits. Do not bring a younger sibling into that hour. Kids camps are a separate page.
A swing that was late in June is still late in February unless someone watches it. The school calendar will not pause for that fix.

The school season is short. The months around it are when the skill work has to happen.

Summer can be a long stretch with no coach on the swing, the mound, or the first step.

Coach Juan is an amazing coach. His way of building these kids up in the game of baseball is by far the best I've seen. His knowledge of the science of baseball is superb along with the other coaches of Grindtime Baseball Academy. As a parent I believe in him and my son does also. Brooklyn high school players can ask about the same lessons and labs. Send the grade and the skill first. A private lesson is with Juan Torres or Adonis Cepeda. A lab is only booked if it fits a high school player, and it holds up to 10.
