About GrindTime Baseball Academy

GrindTime Baseball Academy is youth baseball training at HBQVB, 236-02 Hillside Ave. in Bellerose. Juan Torres owns the academy. Private lessons are with Juan Torres and Adonis Cepeda. Coach Adonis Cepeda runs every GT Lab.

Players start as Mini Grinders at ages 5–7 and can keep training through college. Families book private lessons, a GT Lab, or a membership. Foundation includes one lab a week and one private lesson. Complete includes two labs a week and two private lessons.

Families come from Queens, Nassau, and Long Island. Call or text (516) 636-1135. The standard is the same for every player: show up, do the work, and get better at something specific.
