Travel weekends bury one player
A lot of innings, and very few reps for any one athlete.
Baseball training for Long Island players is in Bellerose. You book a private lesson, a GT Lab, or a monthly membership, and the hour stays on one skill.

Long Island teams cover a lot of miles. Practice still has to serve every player, so one athlete can go weeks with the same miss.
Baseball training in Bellerose is the hour that stays on that player. Families from Nassau County and Queens already use it. Brooklyn families book it too.
A late swing or a late throw will still be there on game day. Use the visit for that one thing.

Travel weekends and short practices show up across Long Island. The lesson is the time that stays on one athlete.
A lot of innings, and very few reps for any one athlete.
Cold nights cut the outdoor work before the skill that needed the day.
Most yards on Long Island are not enough for real swings and throws.
School and travel dates stay put. The skill has to be worked before that day.
Baseball training for Long Island players is a private lesson, a lab, or a membership. The other pages are the places families also come from.
A GT Lab holds up to 10. Foundation includes 4 labs and 1 private lesson. Complete includes 8 labs and 2 private lessons.
On the road

The team has to finish. A private lesson can stop on the rep that needs it.

Notes from families who train at GrindTime. They are not sorted by town.
Coach Juan is an amazing coach. His way of building these kids up in the game of baseball is by far the best I've seen. His knowledge of the science of baseball is superb along with the other coaches of Grindtime Baseball Academy. As a parent I believe in him and my son does also. Thanks coach... #TRUSTDAPROCESS βΎβΎβΎ πͺπͺπͺ

Baseball training for Long Island is held in Bellerose, not in a different town each week. Nassau County families are already close to that spot. Queens players, including families in Jamaica, use the same schedule.
Players also come from Hempstead, Garden City, Mineola, Freeport, Long Beach, and Brooklyn. You book one place. The skill you name is the work for that visit.
